How Our Virtual Clinic Works
1. Schedule your visit online
After registering, you will be directed to schedule your appointment.
2. Get the care you need
Talk to a board-certified physician to get a diagnosis and treatment plan right away. We will send any prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice if medically appropriate and order any labs or tests if needed. We will go over the cost of everything so that you know what your options are.
3. Stay informed
Questions about your treatment plan? You can exchange messages with your physician for up to 72 hours after your visit at no additional cost. Your visit information is saved in case you need it later and you can view this information on any device.

What is Long COVID?
People with Long COVID (also known as post-COVID conditions) may develop or continue to have symptoms that are hard to explain and manage long after they have recovered from their initial COVID infection. Clinical evaluations and results of routine blood tests, chest x-rays, and electrocardiograms may be normal.
People with these unexplained symptoms may be misunderstood by their healthcare providers, which can result in a long time for them to get a diagnosis and receive appropriate care or treatment.

Lifestyle Medicine
Lifestyle Medicine is the use of evidence-based lifestyle therapeutic approaches, such as a plant-predominant dietary lifestyle, regular physical activity, adequate sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances and other non-drug modalities to treat, often reverse, and prevent lifestyle-related chronic disease.

According to the World Health Organization, 80% of heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes and 40% of cancer could be prevented, primarily with improvements to diet and lifestyle.
